**Responsibilities**:
As a Propane Coordinator, you will use your communication and active listening skills to devise the most efficient solutions.

**Specific duties include**:

- Monitor New accounts using the New Tank Set Program and P3 Propane Safety Program
- Prepare Purge gallon sheet for Delivery input
- Pull all necessary Fire and Gas Permits for new accounts
- Monitor and request Check Replenishment for Permit checking account
- Complete and submit completion letters to Fire Departments for New Accounts

Monitor P3 Safety program to ensure all documentation has been uploaded by plumbers/technicians
- Set up New Tank Set and follow through for monthly audit
- Back up billing for propane and service billing
- Call customers to remind of upcoming scheduled appointments
- Assist with Propane Follow ups and Queues for customers concerns on a daily basis
- Complete monthly tank inventory and sox
- Documenting all customer accounts with every interaction
- Assist Propane Supervisor / Manager as needed

**Requirements**:
As a Propane Coordinator, you must be professional, pleasant and possesses the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. You must be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.

**Specific qualifications include**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 -2 years prior dispatch experience preferred
- Proven problem solving skills
- Prior experience in a customer service setting a plus
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and Web navigation
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
