IT Operational Support Specialist

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Operational Support Specialist.
Must already reside in the Metro NYC area.
**Qualifications**:
- Onsite technology support
- Provide day1 and day 2 support.
- Ensure sites are online and operational w/ installed HW and SW
- Ensure printers, desktops/laptops, scanners, iPad, tablets (and other devices) are installed, configured, and operational.
- Manage incidents.
- H/W, S/W, Vendor support when required.
- Document technical requirements and guides for each site.
- OS Support and updates.
- Triaging on-site technology break/fix
- Operating systems support of Mac, Windows, IOS
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience level:
- 5 years
- 6 years
- 7 years
