Liverpool FC International Academy SoCal, based in Southern California is looking for a Customer Service & Player Placement Concierge.
The goals of the role is to deliver an outstanding customer service experience to prospective players and to support our existing families and staff with superior customer service and communication.
We are looking for an individual, driven and passionate to impact the physical and mental health of children in our community.
**Role**
**Incoming Enquiries**:
- Contact all respondents and complete goal assessments.
- Present suitable program options for all players.
- Follow up to complete registrations.
- Filter enquiries and ensure all are completed to a satisfactory resolution.
**Community Events and Programs**:
- Follow up with all attendees, complete goal assessments and successfully place players.
**Tryouts**:
- Manage phone calls to ascertain desired level of play.
- Oversee evaluation process to successfully place players.
**Current Families**:
- Coordinate club communications.
- Deliver exceptional levels of service to answer all enquiries.
**Player Accounts**:
- Manage recreational player accounts and systems..

Part-time: Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm
Location: LFC IA Office, Irvine
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
