The Regulatory Specialist position seeks a person with experience that will work in regulatory affairs. They will be, under general supervision, responsible for the smooth flow of product registrations and provides regulatory support to complete requests for information by notified bodies/ regulatory agencies. The position requires good record keeping and organizational skills. This person can work independently but with a team-oriented attitude. This person must have excellent organization and computer skills. This person should be familiar with Raw Materials documentation and different product regulatory registrations and notification streams.

**Essential Tasks, Duties And Responsibilities**:
The person in this position will provide cross functional regulatory support to ensure compliance with cosmetic products regulations.
- Manage existing finished goods and formula compliance documents, experience in the beauty industry is desired
- Maintain documents and regulatory binders required for DAVEXLABS product registrations and implement paperless organization process
- Compile and maintain product dossiers (PIFs) for EU Registrations and other regulatory submissions around the world
- Maintain all the technical documents including SDS for finished products, establish, update and maintain Master folders for each product.
- Manage MoCRA filing and 3rd party alignment
- Review Ingredient Listings
- Perform other duties as needed and directed by Manager and executive team

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in regulatory compliance with a focus in beauty industry preferred
- Knowledge in MoCRA
- Experience with country registration
- Skilled in oral and written communication
- Skill in basic computer operation, and proficient software programs such as Microsoft Office
- Speaks and writes in business professional English
- Ability to work well within a group and independently
- Ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy
