Office Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Scheduling estimates and technician schedules
- Assist in vendor management and negotiate contracts
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in budgeting and financial record keeping
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial management
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent phone etiquette with knowledge of phone systems
- Familiarity with clerical practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
- Experience in event planning is a plus
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Tucson, AZ 85705: Relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
