AIRES is looking for a FT front office manager/receptionist/assistant for its Tucson office. The position title is Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the local management team, carrying out centralized business processes, acting as the public point of contact, and ensuring the operation and maintenance of the office, and assists with hiring process. The Office Coordinator serves as an important point of contact to the managers and staff who work at our off-site locations. The Office Coordinator position is similar to a secretary and/or office manager but is more than just a desk job. The Office Coordinator is part of a two person team supporting the local Tucson management team and corporate.
