Manufacturing Manager

We are a family owned, 3rd generation, custom high end European cabinetry company with a manufacturing facility in South FL and opening three new showrooms this year throughout the East Coast We are also building a brand new 47K Sq.Ft manufacturing facility in Pompano Beach, FL that we will be moving to next year.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years experience as a Manufacturing Manager in the cabinet industry
- Proficient knowledge of CNC machinery
- Proficient knowledge of shop drawing and design
- Well acquainted with Design Softwares similar to Mosaik
- Expert in Microsoft Office

**Responsibilities include**:

- Keep inventory status as need it with weekly report
- Responsible for procurement duties, active proactive with all items in stock necessary for machinery, panel supplies, hardware and not limited to mentioned
- Ensure that manufacturer production, statutory, standards, and internal requirements are met and exceeded
- Hire, train, and evaluate manufacturing workers; monitor workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements
- Analyze manufacturing data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement; identify and utilize methods of making manufacturing process more efficient and effective (reducing waste, using lean)
- Create program for CNC when necessary
- Direct corrections (pro-active and or corrective action) of any manufacturing problems that may arise or foreseeable
- Work with Quality Manager in development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Comply to OSHA standards, regulations, company safety procedures and policies
- Correct and analyze shop drawing before productions
- Oversee field final site measurements, installation and schedules
- Determine if new manufacturing machines, methods are needed
- Ensure that manufacturing stays on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate manufacturing with Sales, Procurement, installation schedule, retail clients to be installed, as well as with vendors and shippers
- Create manufacturing weekly reports and present to top management
