Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead our client's maintenance team in the Seabrook, NJ area. Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance Program Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to enhance equipment reliability, including backlog management, periodic equipment overhauls, and downtime planning.
  • Annual R&M Budget Management: Oversee the annual Repair and Maintenance (R&M) budget for the facility, identifying cost-saving opportunities and resources to reduce waste.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Develop, maintain, document, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in regulatory programs, including Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, and Process Safety Management (PSM).
  • Capital Projects Collaboration: Work closely with the Plant Engineer and Leadership Team to develop and implement capital projects.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Assist with initiatives such as water/energy conservation, solid waste reduction, and plant sustainability efforts.
  • Employee Management: Manage a team of 4-25 employees, providing coaching, counseling, and disciplining as needed, while enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Professional Development: Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to plan, administer, and lead/supervise teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of electrical, industrial controls, mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration systems, waste treatment systems, and building maintenance in a high-speed CPG environment.
  • Industrial Maintenance Management Experience: 7-9 years of experience in industrial maintenance management.
  • Continuous Improvement Techniques: Proven knowledge and implementation of continuous improvement techniques such as 5S, Lean, TPM.
  • Automated DT Collection System Analysis: Proven ability to analyze trends from an automated DT collection system.
  • GMP Knowledge: Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • CMMS Experience: Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to request, plan, execute, and analyze maintenance activities.
  • Physical Ability: Sufficient physical ability to work in a manufacturing production environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak and hear; ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend, and/or crouch; push/pull; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Benefits
