The individual must maintain professionalism and always exude great customer service, when working with customers and affiliates of Innoface Systems.

THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE ONLY.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Innoface Systems, Inc. is a well-respected and sought-after audiovisual integrator that takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service and custom-crafted audiovisual solutions to our government, commercial and residential clients. As one of the area’s top audio video installations companies with nearly 20 years in business, we welcome team members and contractors who are excited to share their skills to promote the company’s continued growth and achievement. Successful subcontractors are professional, highly-skilled, and good communicators.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

- Assists with terminating all commonly used audio visual connectors including but not limited to RJ45, DB9, XLR, BNC, FIBER, COAX, 1/8” Mini, Stereo mini, RCA, Solder Connectors
- Pulls cable through ceilings and walls
- Assists with professionally delivering and installing flat screens, projectors, speakers, microphones and other audio visual components for the company
- Interacts with all clients in a professional manner
- Climbs ladders and works on man lifts that may be up to 100’ in the air to install AV equipment
- Works with hand tools, drills, and mounting hardware to install AV equipment
- Assists when needed to install AV equipment
- Reads audio visual diagrams to assist with installing AV equipment
- Tests AV systems to ensure that all components are properly installed
- Works independently or with a team

EDUCATION:

- High school diploma or equivalent certificate

EXPERIENCE:

- Ability to read audio visual diagrams and schematics to install AV equipment
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot A/V or technology systems
- Prior experience installing/repairing commercial A/V
- Ability to communicate technical issues and resolution plans clearly both verbally and written
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to work independently or with a team

WORK LOCATION:

- Various locations within the Washington, DC area

QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS MUST:

- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Submit professional references to verify experience level
