The Curriculum Coordinator will organize all teaching, assessment and organizational aspects of several courses which will occur throughout the four-year MD curriculum. The Program Coordinator will partner with course directors to ensure that medical students and faculty participating in medical school courses receive the support, attention and information required to manage their education and development. The Curriculum Coordinator will be a vital member of the Curriculum Support team which is part of the Office of Curricular Affairs. The role will report to the Pre-Clerkship Curriculum Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for implementing the day-to-day operations of curricular programming and serve as the liaison between students and faculty
- Prepare, distribute, and track course materials and assignments; manage course-related correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating details for course activities, from space allocation to evaluations to room set-up.
- Track and maintain faculty teaching time.
- Attend and staff committee meeting. Support the administration of various committees, i.e., meeting coordination, communications, and follow-up.
- Manage course related expenses and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and enhance services provided by the Curriculum Support Team.
- Participate in the planning and support of student events.
- Effectively communicate resources, policies, and guidelines to staff, faculty, and students.
- Develop and maintain course/organization pages in the curriculum management system, and other educational IT needs.
- Support the continued quality improvement initiatives within the Curricular Affairs team
- Cross train and support other team members
- Perform other duties as part of a collaborative team

**Minimum Education**: Associate’s degree required; BA/BS preferred

**Minimum Related Experience**: 1-2 years relevant experience required
