Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of retail math.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system and ensuring accuracy
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of retail math and the ability to perform calculations accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
