The **Director - Technology Commercialization Client Implementations and Delivery **will be responsible for leading the implementation of our SaaS products for our clients. The Director will oversee a team of Client delivery managers, technology consultants, and implementation managers to ensure successful planning, execution and delivery

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the dev elop ment and execut ion of the a portfolio of customer implementations ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets and build in continuous improvement processes.
- Lead the tech discovery process, to un derstand client requirements and business processes to tailor the implementation strategy accordingly.
- Provide technical consulting to the client to enable successful implementation and delivery
- Collaborat e with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and providing proactive communication throughout the implementation process.
- Manag e and mentor the SaaS implementation team s that drives planning, prioritization, and implementation of projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized project management framework and consistent project management methodology.
- Manag e client relationships and escalations in an important governance role on key projects.

Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in planning, executing, and delivering complex SaaS implementation projects.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- The ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
