Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to contribute to our dynamic team.

Position Type: Full-Time Contract

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Hybrid Model

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Risk Profit and Loss attribution systems for trading operations, integrating mathematical expertise with technological solutions focused on risk assessment and distribution.
  • Oversee trading risk processes and ensure seamless interaction between booking, risk management, market data, and analytical systems.
  • Comprehend the data flow from booking systems to databases and remote risk management solutions.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge of Fixed Income products, particularly Interest Rate Derivatives.
  • Develop real-time Front Office Risk/PL applications for the Interest Rates derivatives desk, emphasizing performance and efficiency.
  • Generate comprehensive End of Day Risk/PL reports for enterprise teams, ensuring depth and detail in the analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in primary development environments, particularly Python and Java-based high-performance caching systems.
  • Advanced skills in Python programming, with a solid understanding of Fixed Income business practices.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities, along with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Quartz framework architecture and live Intraday Risk/PnL pricing systems.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems architecture and communicate effectively with Traders and Front Office personnel.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $63 - $68 per hour, based on various factors including education, experience, and specific job responsibilities.
