**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Representative will be responsible for:

- Maintain relationships with existing customer and mximize equipment sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in designated territory.
- Establish business relationships with cusomers and suppliers
- Assess needs and propose equipment solutions for energy conservation.
- Prepare quotations and present products & services to customer.
- Monitoring throughout the sales process.
- Update customer information into the CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales (CAPEX equipment sales is an asset)
- Electromechanics or technical degree or compressed air experience is an asset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit & result driven.
- Team player and self motivated
- Result driven.
- Customer focused, with strong interpersonal, negotiation and professional presentation skills.
- Live in or in close proximity to de designated territory
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Pay range includes**:

- Base salary pending experience
- Monthly commission
- Quarterly bonus opportunity

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
