**Position**:Airsoft Experience Specialist

**Location**:Framingham, MA

**Responsibilities**:

- **Safety First**:Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols at all times, prioritizing the well-being of our customers and staff.
- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing them with engaging instructions on airsoft techniques to enhance their experience.
- **Knowledge Sharing**:Share your passion and expertise in airsoft to educate and inspire customers, fostering a deeper appreciation for the sport.
- **Problem-Solving**:Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

**Qualifications**:

- **Passionate**: Demonstrated passion for the sport of airsoft, with previous experience in airsoft activities.
- **Customer-Focused**:Outgoing personality with a customer-oriented attitude, dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication abilities with the ability to convey instructions and information clearly and effectively.
- **Team Player**:Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**:Minimum educational requirement to qualify for the position.

Expected hours: 40 per week
