Temporary Administrative Assistant

Temporary Administrative Assistant position starting June 2024 for 3-4 months.
Hybrid Position, Mandatory In-Office Days: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
The Temporary Administrative Assistant will have a strong administrative background in a busy corporate environment, excellent writing skills and the ability to multitask. This individual will serve as an integral part of the corporate legal team and will interact with and support attorneys, senior leadership and various business units across the company. Exact scope of responsibility will depend on the individual’s demonstrated capabilities. This position involves a variety of administrative duties, including drafting correspondence, managing mail, preparing and submitting expense reports, creating and maintaining files, and other administrative tasks.
**Essential Functions**:
- Assist with correspondence
- Make travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning for senior leadership
- Maintain calendars and reserve conference rooms for senior leadership
- Manage and distribute mail for Legal and Expansion teams
- Submit expense reports for senior leadership
- Ensure new hire setup is timely completed and assist in training new hires on departmental administrative procedures
- Organize and process legal invoices and other organizational approvals
- Maintain appropriate matrices and spreadsheets (e.g., legal team spend, etc.)
- Plan team events as requested
- Must be able to work with moderate supervision
- Must be willing to work overtime with short notice

**Job Type**: Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
