Job Summary:
The Office Assistant will perform various routine clerical duties to support the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Complete functions such as: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shipping, etc.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Assist with booking meeting rooms, conference calls, travel, and appointments
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and required equipment
- Keep breakroom and conference rooms tidy and orderly, restocking and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Occasionally request PO’s and submit receipts in accordance with Finance procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent computer skills and Microsoft software knowledge
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:

- High School diploma or equivalent with 1-year prior office support experience
- Hands on experience with office machines and scheduling tools

Other Requirements:

- Ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Pay: $18.37 - $22.12 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
