Our office is a state-of-the-art general practice that offers high-tech laser cosmetic and surgical procedures. We are a quality, family-oriented private practice with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere, free from the pressures of high-volume managed care or Medicaid. We strive to provide our patients with comfortable, safe, painless, and high-quality dentistry.

We are looking for a temporary replacement of our Front Office Lead for three months. The position is part-time for four days, with no Fridays or weekends. The compensation will be determined by experience. Your primary responsibilities are to discuss treatment and financial options with patients and facilitate our daily efficient running of the front office. You must have experience in all aspects of dental office, including Insurance and billing. We want someone comfortable and confident communicating with patients. We want someone capable of working in a technologically advanced office. YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF FIVE YEARS OF DENTAL FRONT OFFICE EXPERIENCE TO APPLY TO THIS POSITION

Our office has multiple enhanced automated technological tools that allow for much easier duties, such as Full Electronic Patient Registration, Communication, Check-in, Temperature Check, and a Fully automated Digital Billing/Insurance/Payment system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls
- Greet patients
- Schedule both first times and follow-up appointments and confirm appointments
- Update electronic patient records
- Verify Insurance,
- Claims out, Pre-D out, Discuss Finances
- EOB, Insurance Payment Posting, generate statements, Collect
- Input treatment plans from the doctor and finalize them with the patient
- Process payments and more.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Work setting:

- In-person
