Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cover the front desk during business hours and greet members, guests, and vendors, directing them within the Studio.
- Manages the calendar for conference rooms and meetings ensuring equipment and spaces are ready for meetings.
- Coordinate and plan Studio events and meetings
- Liaison with Vendors and coordinate and schedule presentations in the Studio.
- Manage lunch service for member's presentations if requested
- Liaison with the building maintenance company to ensure premises are well maintained.
- Monitors, stocks, organizes, and keeps up all common spaces.
- Upkeep and maintenance for copiers, presentation equipment, and computer equipment.
- Manages and controls inventory for Office Supply Store
- Mail and package responsibilities
- Tracks print copies, support service hours, office supply usage, etc. for members and submits invoices to members.

**Experience**:

- Superior customer service skills
- Strong project coordination skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Pay: $20.56 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
