Be part of an extraordinary life **Monarch Landing **is recruiting for a full time, hospitality focused Wellness Administrative Assistant. This role is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, 37.5 hours/week.

**Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Wellness Administrative Assistant**:

- Communicates with residents and families regarding scheduling, appointment reminders, follow up.
- Scheduler for the Clinic and Social Worker/Navigator
- Backup for Monarch at Home Receptionist
- Works closely with the Wellness Team and Resident Services Team
- Assist the Associate Executive Director with projects/assignments.
