As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support a Director or senior manager. Work shift and hours: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Predictable work schedule to plan your life around: no weekends or nights for most roles. Paid time-off, including 3+ weeks of vacation, sick time, and volunteer time. Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $23.00 per hour depending on experience. In this role you will: Maintain flow of correspondence and communications Gather research data for projects Set up and maintain files, records, and correspondence Receive visitors and schedule appointments Assist in budget preparation What you bring to the table: Minimum 1 year administrative experience required; 2+ years experience supporting managers preferred 2 year degree preferred: Some college or business/secretarial schooling Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related applications Time management and organizational skills Oral and written communication skills Mathematical skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to handle confidential information Why should you join Graybar?
