**THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED**:

- 1+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC company or similar)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
- Take Initiative
- Calm demeanor & Deescalation Skills
- Punctuality
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail

A high school diploma **OR** equivalent is preferred. Customer service experience would be a plus. Fluency in both English and Spanish would also be beneficial

**YOUR TYPICAL DAY**:
In the morning, you'll efficiently dispatch assignments, ensuring accurate and secure handling. Your day involves direct client interactions, addressing their needs, and maintaining a calm atmosphere. In the afternoon, you'll focus on meticulous data management, inputting notes and job details into our advanced systems. This role goes beyond a job; it's a dynamic position where you contribute significantly to the security narrative

**SCHEDULE**:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with the potential for on-call duties.
