**What will you be doing?**
- Manage projects of all sizes, including miscellaneous research assignments.
- Assist with communications and meeting logistics for the region's Birth to Five Action Council and Birth to Five Family Council.
- Provide administrative assistance, such as drafting memos and preparing presentations.
- Submit receipts from the regional office for expense reports.
- Work with internal staff to compile regional data.
- Develop and maintain publicly facing dashboards to track department outcomes and benchmarks.
- Input data and maintain database(s).
- Utilize State databases to access various datasets.
- Uphold timelines and ensures deadlines are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel required; up to 30%
**Knowledge, Skills and abilities we are looking for**:
- Bilingual (ability to read, write, and speak) in Spanish preferred.
- Associate degree in Business Administration OR at least three years of relevant work experience.
- Must live or have experience in the boundaries of the region.
- Familiarity with Excel, AirTable, or other database management systems.
- Experience in compiling and editing grant/executive/organizational reports.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects at the same time.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe with the ability to learn other database software.
