Job OverviewKomatsu Financial provides a wide range of highly competitive retail conditional sale and operating lease financing options to the US and Canadian market exclusively through our 30+ contracted Komatsu distributors and their customers.
Key Job Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain proper lien perfection to protect the company’s interest on retail finance, municipal lease and lease transactions.
- Follow up with distributors for all required customer documentation corrections
- Terminate security interests on retail and lease portfolio
- Perform record searches for all existing and new retail customer, when applicable
- Awareness of changes in secured transaction laws and compliance
- Process monthly invoices paid to outside vendors
- Other duties and responsibilities, as required
Required Skills
- Education required – Associates Degree or a minimum of 5 years administrative experience required.
