Child Care Receptionist/admin Asst

The Karate School is looking for a mature college student or adult to fill an

administrative assistant position at our Atascocita location.

We are looking for a team member that has some computer experience,

enjoys children, is an independent worker and can multi-task.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Pass background check and fingerprinting (required)
- Valid driver’s license or photo ID for background check (required)
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with children (preferred)

Duties will include:

- Sign students in/out
- Customer service and communication with parents
- Giving enrollment information and process registration
- Billing
- Assist with students when needed
- Other various administrative duties such as make lists, generate reports, etc...

Hours are: approx. 12:30pm - 6:30pm during the school year,

and additional hours can vary during 8 weeks of summer and school holidays

Pay depends on the individual experience and skills.
