At CenterWell Senior Primary Care, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and directing incoming calls and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Managing our switchboard and maintaining accurate call logs
- Providing administrative support to our clinical teams, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Assisting with daily operations, such as coordinating meetings and preparing correspondence
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of technical experience
- 1-5 years of leadership experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a team-focused environment
