Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
