**Production and Sourcing Associate Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate entries of raw materials, styles, bill of materials, and landed costs into our systems
- Create and close purchase orders in our systems
- Collaborate with both internally and externally teams to efficiently manage and track samples and purchase order deliveries
- Work closely with the design team to ascertain sourcing needs
- Manage production invoices and payments
- Pick up finished products from local shops as needed
- Assist in researching and sourcing suitable suppliers for production needs
- Complete other production related tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A BS in business or fashion
- At least 3 - 5 year in a sourcing or production role ideally with a fashion brand
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused
- Quick learner and highly efficient worker
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
