Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Refurbishment Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our refurbishment operation in Norristown, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our refurbishment processes, while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the startup and launch of the refurbishment operation, including layout planning, equipment setup, team development, and process implementation
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the refurbishment production team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, to optimize workspace organization and productivity
  • Organize and conduct training sessions on new processes, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Ensure that all products are refurbished to meet or exceed quality standards, conducting inspections and audits as necessary
  • Promote and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role or similar, preferably in a refurbishment or manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, including 5S and continuous improvement techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Familiarity with HVAC/R concepts and working principals
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Reliable, Energetic, and Problem Solver
  • Ability to think on one's feet and learn rapidly without a great deal of supervision
  • Must be disciplined, self-motivated, and able to meet team goals
  • Strong command of company's policies and procedures

What We Offer

Quench offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
