Production Supervisor Opportunity

Century Foods International, a leading manufacturer and marketer of dairy proteins and nutritional products, is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and assist personnel in producing high-quality dairy proteins efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.
  • Start up all equipment pertinent to production, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Receive and prepare work orders and paperwork required for processing, maintaining accurate records.
  • Enforce production and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a leadership role on the plant floor, communicating effectively with supervisor, warehousing, maintenance, and quality control teams.
  • Coordinate breaks and lunches of line personnel, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure all paperwork is filled out completely and correctly, adhering to company standards.
  • Properly train employees at each workstation, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Evaluate personnel according to Century Foods procedures, providing constructive feedback.
  • Follow Century Foods policies, safety rules, standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and ISO 9001 procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately calculate production metrics.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Working Conditions:

Working conditions may include working in and around airborne particulate, cleaning agents, confined space entries, and climbing to high heights, requiring a high level of physical fitness.

Compensation:

Competitive salary, plus an additional $1.25 per hour shift differential, reflecting the importance of this role.

Normal Shift Hours:

9:45pm-6am Sun-Thurs, with OT scheduled as necessary, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
