**What You Will Do**
- Works with the project manager to understand the registration system requirements and tests functionality
- Use of Systems, Tools, Controls and Applications to fulfill registration services, reporting needs, and financial reconciliation based upon requirements document and scope.
- Meet and exceed service delivery expectations with clients, attendees, and exhibitors/sponsors
- Investigates, troubleshoots, and provides system updates for record changes.
- Participates in planning and debriefing registration meetings, supports procurement of materials to provide onsite registration services
- Supports procurement of materials to provide onsite registration services
- Adheres to all compliance, standards, and best practices in use of tools, data, and processes

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of work experience in a customer service-facing role

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience working within registration systems
- Ability to effectively work on a team, as well as autonomously
