We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at R1 RCM. Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently collect and enter patient information into our system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Think critically and creatively to resolve registration-related issues, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or registration experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
