Agiletee needs a dynamic individual who can work with project managers, construction managers, and various district departments to obtain accurate cost and schedule data. Must be able to work independently and as a team member.

The Project Controls Specialist works under the guidance of the Project Controls Supervisor and with project managers to forecast cost at completion, process project budget requests, construction change orders, project scheduling, and quantify cost risks for school projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Run reports, reviews data, and ensures that costs are assigned to the appropriate cost center, conforming to district policies and procedures.
- Assigns cost transactions to the proper work breakdown structure and Cost Coding.
- Exhibits excellent time management, interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication, and analytical ability.
- Must exhibit professionalism and the ability to learn the district’s Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6 schedule programs, and departmental procedures.

**Education and Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, construction management, related discipline, or comparable experience.

Experience as a Project Controls Specialist or related position (target 1 to 3 years)

**Compensation**

$75K to $95K commensurate with experience and education.

**Technical Experience**
- Oracle Primavera Unifier and Primavera Project Management (P6) is highly desired.
- Experience with E-Builder, Procure, Prolog, PM Web, or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Experience with facilities maintenance software such as Maximo or TMA is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise reporting databases like PeopleSoft, SAP, or JD Edwards is a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Basic licenses, certifications, and/or registrations to be obtained within an established time frame upon hire**:Primavera Project Management (P6) Fundamentals training certificate within three months of hire. AACE International certification, CMAA Certification, or Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
