- Assist with some onboarding duties.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Organize official documents
- Organize and prepare documents for payroll and billing
- Utilize fax/copy machine
- Maintain client and employee contact lists
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Step in to care for client if aide is out

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
