This position is responsible for supporting the Development and Membership team in retaining members and high-level investors by managing the member relationships through benefits, orientations and engagement.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
1. Develops excellent knowledge of the Chamber’s impact and benefits and proven process to effectively engage current and future members.

2. Provides sales and retention support to membership engagement managers to help maintain and grow their member books of business and support the development team with sponsor fulfillment.

3. Investor Admin Support including collaborating with the Marketing & Events team to ensure proper recognition for members and investors, managing our Leading Partners recognition event and Creating and distributing signature event post-event reports to sponsors.

4. Works with Finance team to create and send out invoices and receipts through our CRM, Atlas.

5. Coordinate ribbon cuttings with the membership team and marketing

6. Oversee the membership benefits program

**Non-Essential Responsibilities**:
7. Schedule engagement and renewal meetings with new and existing investors.

8. Integrates the Chamber’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals within business services programs, talent development programs and initiatives.

9. Actively demonstrates commitment to the Chamber’s vision, mission, and organizational goals.

10. Other duties as assigned.

**Supervision Received**:
Specific Direction: Follows established work procedures. Receives periodic checks for performance. Refers unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

**Education & Experience**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience. Associate’s required, Bachelor’s preferred.

2. Five (5) years of experience in customer service and account management.

3. Three (3) years of experience in sales and proactive prospecting.

**Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
1. Driver’s license required.

2. Bilingual preferred.

3. Build strong relationships with current and future Chamber members.

4. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

5. Energetic, upbeat, and friendly personality.

6. Business acumen and familiarity with business culture.

7. Possess the confidence and energy to engage in prospecting activity.

8. Organized, detailed, and team oriented.

9. Ability to create and update prospecting reports.

10. Ability to assess situations and envision solutions that will meet the member needs.

11. Proficiency using CRM database.

12. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

13. Ability to exercise judgment.
- Flexible schedule that allows event attendance at after-hour events when appropriate.
- Must be able to travel, mostly local.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
