- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the creation of documents and materials as needed.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Support other departments as needed.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
