Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gas Field Specialists, Inc. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office support, including mailings, filing, scanning, and copying.
  • Assist with project work, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work.
  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll, HR, Billing, and other departments as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (helpful but not required).
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:

This is a sedentary role, working primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. The ideal candidate will be able to sit for extended periods, walk, and occasionally lift objects from the floor.
