- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve favorable agreements and improve overall supply chain performance.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and management to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures and systems to track inventory movement, turnover, and accuracy across multiple locations.
- **Logistics and Distribution**:

- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Evaluate and optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to reduce shipping costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and enforce quality assurance standards and procedures for all incoming materials, products, and supplies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and uphold food safety standards.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, including managers, analysts, and coordinators, to drive performance and achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence and cost savings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and leverage technology and analytics tools for supply chain optimization.
- Leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management capabilities.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
