**Join our team as a Client Success Specialist in Health Insurance for Seniors**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional client service.
- Educate clients on current coverage and options to improve benefits.
- Improve office efficiency, organize procedures, and manage client leads program.
- Prepare Marketing/Client Communications (newsletters, client messages).
- Process and track client enrollments.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Passion for supporting clients through strong focus and relentless follow up
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
- Empathy, patience, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Strong computer, program management, and decision-making skills (proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, CRM)

**Not Required but beneficial**:

- Experience in health insurance industry.
- Health insurance license.
- Experience managing daily office activities to improve team efficiency

**Working days**:

- Monday - Friday
- Flexible schedule as long as the work gets done

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
