- Must be an aggressive "**hunter**" with a strong desire to succeed.
- Experience managing an assigned geographic sales area and line of products to grow existing and new customer business as well as grow products' market share.
- Ability to close sales through a consultative sales process.
- Strong working knowledge and appreciation of CRM program to manage territory.
- Strong business acumen — understanding basic financial principles.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Creative problem solving - we have been doing it for 58 years

Our compensation structure is among the best with a base salary plus commission. Vehicle expense, fuel card, toll pass, laptop and cell phone included. Benefits and 401k program available. No overnight travel.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
