Business Development Representative
ServiceMaster Restoration by Prime is the number one emergency restoration company serving residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, smoke and mold in the greater San Jose area.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships to drive and increase gross revenue under direct supervision. The primary responsibilities will be to create and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, realtors, and other related trades. Responsibilities also include:
- Create original and target specific marketing material
- Work within a set budget
- Join relevant associations and networking groups
- Coordinate and schedule presentations to prospective customers
- Create presentation material
- Coordinate lunches, after-hours events and meetings
- Register and run booth at relevant trade shows and events
- Identify good referral sources and track leads
- Develop and maintain route to regularly visit current and potential customers
Compensation
- Base Salary + monthly bonus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
