Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Conduct research and gather information as requested
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy

Pay: $20.37 - $24.53 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
