Here at Pacific Apartments, we are a property management company in the Los Angeles area. We are looking to hire a Property Manager to join our existing top-notch team in West Los Angeles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine building walk through
- Show vacancies and leasing units
- Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
- Comply with the Fair Housing Act
- Collecting rents and balances
- Serve notices
- Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond to emergency calls
- Coordinate vendors

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Act
- Knowledge of Appfolio (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
