Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our operations at Meridian Place Apartments, located in Northridge, CA. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in various trades and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds, offices, and common areas.
- Address maintenance service requests promptly.
- Perform appliance repairs and painting tasks.
- Manage apartment turnovers efficiently.
- Respond to emergency calls as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance, preferably in properties with over 150 units.
- Proficiency in various trades including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- A strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24, depending on experience.
- Eligibility for monthly bonuses.
