**Qualifications**
- Positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
- Experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales.
- Previous gym experience is preferred but not required.

**Responsibilities**
- Be a great ambassador & promoter of Greate Bay Racquet and Fitness Club, our brand, our programs, and our services.
- Greeting and checking in with all members, and guests and making them feel welcome and valued.
- Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner
- Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members
- Creating relationships inside and outside the gym
- Participating in or managing various marketing events
- Creating Corporate relationship to drive memberships.
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Highly motivated and is target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- A desire to learn new technology and techniques
- Must be available evenings, Sundays, and some holidays

**Hourly wage plus commission**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Work Location: In person
