Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert product selection guidance and design recommendations to showroom visitors.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction to meet or surpass established sales and profit objectives.
  • Warmly greet and provide hospitality to each customer.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our showroom to engage customers and demonstrate the benefits we offer.
  • Identify customer needs, guide them to suitable products, and navigate potential challenges to facilitate the sale.
  • Utilize Hajoca's technology to assist in product selection, review specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Employ sales reports and forecasting tools to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Process sales orders and bids, manage purchases, and maintain customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Handle showroom returns and refunds in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom environment.
  • Participate in industry associations and events to stay updated on design trends and new products.

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in plumbing showroom sales.
  • Familiarity with kitchen and bath design trends.
  • Knowledge of showroom products is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word) for communication and report management.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and awareness of kitchen/bath trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Able to overcome objections by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with key vendor partners.
  • Skilled in fostering positive relationships and teamwork with colleagues.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to learn and utilize the computer systems necessary for order processing.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
