**Job Overview**:
The Outreach Coordinator joins Center for Anxiety’s Administrative Team. They will be responsible to perform a variety of tasks related to admissions, intake, programming and marketing for our various clinical programs. _Principally, the Outreach Coordinator will build relationships with outside providers in order to grow Center for Anxiety’s referral sources._ This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new referral sources by planning and organizing calls with potential referral outlets and other sources of prospective clients.
- Utilize effective communication and knowledge of CRM systems to market Center for Anxiety to potential referral sources.
- Keep management informed by updating CRM systems, submitting sales activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant information to prospective referral sources.
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics.
- Develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Plan, coordinate and promote educational initiatives and educational events.
- Implement and format presentations for various targeted audiences.
- Embody the traits of persistence and consistency, especially in following up with leads ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Understand the mission of Center for Anxiety and plan outreach efforts to promote it.
- Travel as needed to promote Center for Anxiety to referral sources within geographic target areas.
- Identify strategic brand-building initiatives, relevant trends and market opportunities.
- Participate in the development and production of marketing/promotional materials to support outreach efforts.
- Emphasis on strategic multichannel outreach, prospecting, and qualified pipeline identification and generation.
- Actively engage/educate community stakeholder relationships increasing brand awareness.
- Identify, establish and maintain relationships with key potential referral partners.
- Develop and implement outreach activities, campaigns, and strategies to increase awareness and engagement with Center for Anxiety.
- Organize, attend, and participate in special events and promotions.
- Provide feedback regarding market perceptions of the organization.
- Serve as representative and spokesperson for Center for Anxiety at meetings, special events, and with all communications.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably with healthcare organizations.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely, and produce regular reports and presentations
- Articulate communication skills: Be able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Public Speaking: Ability to talk to individuals and groups to convey information effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Networking skills and ability to maintain relationships.
- Previous experience with Hubspot, Canva and Google Workspace.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Basic knowledge of the Mental Health Industry is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Travel**:
This position is primarily remote, but requires travel up to 25% of the time. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for going into Center for Anxiety offices for meetings with potential referral sources.
