We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bilingual Outreach Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our impact.

Position Overview: As a Bilingual Outreach Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and executing outreach strategies to engage and support our target communities. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining relationships with community partners, organizing outreach events, and ensuring effective communication . This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community members and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events, workshops, and presentations, both virtually and in-person.
  • Create and distribute bilingual marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Conduct outreach in English and or [Spanish, Chinese, Korean,Creole], including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze outreach efforts to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and outcomes.
  • Attend occasional in-office meetings and team gatherings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Enlgish and or Spanish, Korean, Chinese, or Creole (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Flexibility to attend occasional in-office meetings and events.
