Our Dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC Service Technicians, Plumbers, and Water Technicians to customers homes/businesses. Experience working with ServiceTitan software and industry knowledge is extremely helpful, but not required. **Responsibilities**:
**_ What Will I Do?_**
- Update service appointment time frames for customers
- Reschedule service appointments
- Update Service Managers when issues arise
- Schedule & dispatch Technicians to customer homes
- Audits and reports as needed
- Route calls using best practices
- Administrative duties as requested
- Communicate effectively with all Technicians, Managers, and department heads
- Update Call Center Team with job availability

Qualifications:
**_ Basic Qualifications/Requirements_**
- Minimum 1 year dispatch/scheduling experience required
- Knowledge of the Phoenix, Metropolitan area for best routing practices
- Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel, Outlook Mail
- Maintain positive outlook even in stressful situations
- Attention to detail
- Strong phone presence
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deliver world class customer service
- Be self-motivated
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
