- Provide technical oversight by generating reports, backup reports, ad-hoc reports, data call reports in TOTAL and SharePoint.
- Provide technical oversight by creating ad-hoc reports, meeting minutes, and reporting metrics.
- Review, analyze, measure, track, and evaluate weekly progress against the technical initiative of data management.
- Review, analyze and update business process documentation as appropriate.
- Conduct research to document business requirements, define scope and objectives and create business specifications.
- Conduct research required to identify and resolve issues and risks, including costs, tools, alternative of analysis, applicable policies, and industry best practices.
- Support development of process flows, templates, and use of industry Best Practices.
- Research and analyze Operations processes to identify best practices to improve IT services.
- Provide support for contractual deliverables, including Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports, Quarterly Status Reports and Assessment Reports.
- Attend meetings with Government personnel and provide recommendations, as needed.
- Evaluate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that include timely communication, documentation, and accurate record-keeping as determined by the Government.
- Must have an information technology/data management/ business process analysis background.
- Strong information technology acumen and understanding of processes.
- Ability to quickly recognize and prioritize competing tasks.
- Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with stakeholders at various organizational levels to support.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and research skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good communication skills (verbal and writing).
- Detail and process-oriented.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Public Trust.
- Experience working in a government contracting environment.
